We will be conducting a macro analysis between the three competitors WAVES, ATOM, and DOT while analyzing their technical status and comparing all three together in the end.

WAVES/USDT

WAVES is pushing strongly from its crucial area of resistance, which it successfully turned into a key-area of support. The current move looks like a healthy continuation from the mentioned levels and is ready to continue its previous highs journey. The volume on this rise is substantial and significant, which allows WAVES to maintain its integrity during the surge. Looking at technical indicators such as the MKAST Algorithm, one can identify an ongoing buy-condition which is entirely understandable. Moreover, the MKAST Index is rising slowly yet steadily, which is giving WAVES reliable support at the rise. Nevertheless, the index is at 14/15 points, indicating an upcoming “danger zone” for new longs.

ATOM/USDT

ATOM has been moving quite strongly lately. It has broken below the critical area of resistance and is currently retesting it again. Nevertheless, since the entire market is starting to blossom again, it has great chances of breaking above the key-area of resistance. Looking at technical indicators such as the MKAST Algorithm, one can see a sell-condition going on, which is relatively straightforward since ATOM is still moving below the key-area of resistance and could quickly even be rejected there. It is essential to mention that the price of ATOM is currently moving above the MKAST LenLen ribbon. Since the MKAST Index is rising and is above its ALMA, ATOM has increased the chance to receive a buy-condition again.

DOT/USDT

DOT has been moving impressively lately, yet it is starting to lose strength at the main keyarea of resistance again. DOT has been struggling at this key-area of resistance and has been getting rejected there multiple times. It has broken below its uptrend support line and is currently even retesting this one as resistance. Looking at technical indicators such as the MKAST Algorithm, one can see a long-lasting buycondition. This buy-condition is active and holding up firmly, yet the price moves below the MKAST LenLen Ribbon and does not show the needed strength. Also, looking at the volume and the MKAST Index, one can see that both are declining steeply and not supporting the current direction. The slight decrease of both indicators shows a decreasing strength at resistance, which should not be the case in a typical environment.

Conclusion

WAVES has the highest bullishness of all three and is currently looking to reach new highs again. ATOM is behind, and very clearly, it is still struggling with the break of the key-area of resistance. It needs a firm push above it to be able to regain the bullishness again. Finally, DOT, which has been struggling at a very known resistance again and is not showing clear signs of strength, should have to break above it.
